Everyone experiences some degree of depression, which can be completely alleviated and even eliminated through meditation and adjusting the information in the brain. The key is to understand that depression is just a virtual negative information, and it does not have a real existence.
The additive path is boundless. Humans can go to Mars, to the Milky Way, and there will always be further, never-ending addition has never brought true liberation and freedom to humanity.
Posted @withregram • @_thezero__ If you could understand that everything eventually returns to the world of zero, your wealth, your family, your life's work - everything in this world is just a temporary experience. We are merely travelers on a journey. By understanding this, you can let go of attachments and approach life with a playful, game-like mindset.
While young people may work hard to learn various skills, success is not guaranteed. However, investing time in improving one's mindset can lead to more friends, better relationships, increased opportunities, and ultimately, a greater likelihood of success.
Cultivating the mind and meditation are the most effective ways to deal with the problem of the flow of the mind. When you control your mind, you control everything related to yourself.
We are easily influenced by the emotions of those around us. When there are negative people around us, we also tend to feel negative. We should learn to observe ourselves and our surroundings from a third-person perspective. No matter what happens, it is just a play in front of our eyes. In this way, we will not be easily caught up in the emotions of others, but will become observers instead.
The notion of “possession” is a fallacy. In reality, we do not own anything in this life; we are merely temporary custodians of things. Yet, we spend our entire lives striving for “possession,” and this misguided pursuit enveloped our entire planet.
When one day you come to the realization that you possess nothing, you will find true freedom. For all that we own are but chains that bind us.The more chains we accumulate, the more trapped we become.
We are accustomed to wanting more, to possessing more. When will we learn to want less, to not possess? When we learn to reduce our burdens, the less we possess, the more freedom we will have.
Maintain a clear and tranquil state of mind. Avoid getting bogged down in a sea of information, which is like trying to see clearly in murky water. Only when our minds are like clear water can we accurately perceive the information around us.
